Hi @Sohair1
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
To enable your HP DeskJet Plus Ink Advantage 6475 for remote printing from your phone, we need to get the Wi-Fi working first.
Here's how you can set it up:
1. Reset the Printer's Network Settings
Resetting the network can help clear any previous configurations:
Turn on your printer.
Press and hold the Wireless Button and the Cancel Button together until the Wireless light starts blinking. This will reset the printer's network settings.
2. Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi
Using the HP Smart App:
The HP Smart app simplifies the Wi-Fi setup:
Download the HP Smart app on your phone (available on iOS and Android).
Open the app and tap the “+” icon to add your printer.
Follow the prompts to connect your printer to your Wi-Fi network. Make sure your phone is on the same Wi-Fi network.
Without the App:
You can also use the WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) button:
Press the Wireless Button on the printer to enter Wi-Fi setup mode.
Within two minutes, press the WPS button on your Wi-Fi router.
Wait for the Wireless light on the printer to stop blinking, indicating a successful connection.
3. Enable HP ePrint for Remote Printing
If you want to print remotely (even when you're not on the same Wi-Fi network):
Ensure the printer is connected to Wi-Fi and registered with your HP account via the HP Smart app.
Activate HP ePrint in the app or printer settings to generate your printer’s unique email address.
Once set up, you can send documents directly to this email address to print from anywhere.
4. Troubleshooting Wi-Fi Issues
If the printer still won’t connect to Wi-Fi:
Restart Devices:
Restart your printer, phone, and Wi-Fi router to refresh the connection.
Move Closer to the Router:
Ensure the printer is within a good range of the router to receive a strong signal.
Once the Wi-Fi is set up, you should be able to print wirelessly from your phone using the HP Smart app or other mobile printing options. Let me know if you need more guidance!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
