Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

Printer stopped printing all of a sudden.  I tried resetting the router and now the printer touchscreen is frozen.  It asked me for my language/country (English/USA) but then a notification pops up saying that I need an instant ink subscription to print with my cartridges (which I do have - just renewed on 9/5/2024).  But now the screen is frozen and won’t let me do anything else.  Also, so touchscreen icons are popping up like they normally do (on the sides of the screen).
