Hi, I broke the touchscreen on my printer. All was OK until I got new WiFi. Now I cannot set up new WiFi as no screen. As I am printing from phone, I don't think I can use a cable. Any ideas apart from binning. Especially as only recently just had new cartridges from instant ink 😞

Hi @Ohffshelp,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If the touchscreen of your HP ENVY 5030 All-In-One Printer is broken and you need to reset the Wi-Fi, you can still perform the reset using alternative methods. Here's how you can reset the Wi-Fi on your printer without using the touchscreen.
- Power off the printer by disconnecting the power cord from the electrical outlet.
- Wait for about 10 seconds to ensure that the printer is completely powered off.
- Locate the Wi-Fi button on your printer. It is usually located on the front panel or the top control panel.
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button for about 5 seconds. The Wi-Fi light should start blinking.
- While the Wi-Fi light is blinking, go to your computer or mobile device and access the Wi-Fi settings.
- Look for the wireless network named "HP-Setup-XX-ENVY 5030" (XX represents a random combination of letters and numbers).
- Connect your computer or mobile device to the "HP-Setup-XX-ENVY 5030" network. It may take a moment for the connection to establish.
- Once connected, open a web browser and enter the following address: 192.168.223.1. This will open the printer's embedded web server.
- In the embedded web server, click on the "Network" or "Wireless" tab.
- Look for the option to set up a new wireless connection or reset the Wi-Fi settings. Click on it.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your printer to your Wi-Fi network. You will need to select your Wi-Fi network and enter the network password, if required.
- Once the Wi-Fi setup is complete, your printer will restart and connect to the newly configured Wi-Fi network.
After completing these steps, your HP ENVY 5030 All-In-One Printer should be connected to your Wi-Fi network. You can verify the connection by printing a network configuration page or performing a test print.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
