Trouble hooking up the home wifi to my printer

I am having trouble hooking up my home wifi to my printer. It always says connection failed. I can hock it up to my phone hotspot but not my home wifi. It says No Encryption. My wifi is not public and I have been trying everything unplugg my router, printer, forget my printer. Nothing worked.

Let's reset the network settings on the Printer:

To restore the printer to the original network settings 1. From the Home screen, touch (Wireless) and then touch ( Settings ). 2. Touch Restore Network Settings, and then follow the onscreen instructions.

Once done, connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi: 1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, touch ( Wireless ). 2. Touch ( Settings ). 3. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard. 4. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.
