@AnnGoose, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you reset the wireless settings on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer, especially if you're encountering a “Feature locked” message and login issues:

This typically occurs when the printer is enrolled in HP+ and is locked to an HP account. To reset wireless settings or perform a factory reset, you must be signed in with the original HP account used during setup.

Steps to Reset Wireless Settings

Option 1: Reset Wireless via Printer Control Panel

  1. On the printer home screen, tap the Wi-Fi icon or go to Network Settings.
  2. Select Restore Network Settings.
  3. Confirm the reset. This will remove all saved Wi-Fi networks and allow you to reconnect.

If this option is greyed out or locked, proceed to the next method.

Option 2: Factory Reset (Requires HP Account Access)

  1. Sign in to the HP Smart app using the original HP account used during printer setup.
    • Download: HP Smart App
  2. In the app, go to Printer Settings > Advanced Settings.
  3. Select Tools > Restore Factory Defaults.
  4. Confirm the reset.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
