Hi @ASHU1236,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you've tried all the processes provided by the virtual assistant and are still unable to connect your HP Smart Tank 675 All-In-One printer wirelessly, you can follow these additional troubleshooting steps.

Check Network Connection

  1. Restart Devices: Restart your router, printer, and computer or mobile device.
  2. Check Wi-Fi Signal: Ensure your printer is within range of your Wi-Fi router.
  3. Check Network Name and Password: Verify you are entering the correct Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.

Printer Setup

  1. Reset Network Settings on Printer:
    • Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button on the printer until the power light starts blinking. This will reset the network settings.
  2. Reconnect to Wi-Fi:
    • On the printer's control panel, navigate to the Wireless setup menu.
    • Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the password.

Using the HP Smart App

  1. Reinstall HP Smart:
    • Uninstall the HP Smart app from your computer or mobile device.
    • Reinstall the HP Smart app from the HP website or your device's app store.
  2. Add Printer:
    • Open the HP Smart app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer.
    • Ensure your device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.

Network Configuration

  1. Check Router Settings:
    • Ensure your router is not set to a frequency band that the printer does not support (e.g., make sure it's on a 2.4GHz network if the printer does not support 5GHz).
    • Disable any network isolation settings that may prevent devices from communicating.
  2. Update Printer Firmware:
    • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer and install them using the HP Smart app or the printer's control panel.

Troubleshooting Advanced Network Issues

  1. Static IP Address:
    • Assign a static IP address to your printer through your router's settings.
  2. Check for Interference:
    • Ensure there are no electronic devices causing interference with your Wi-Fi signal.
  3. Firewall and Security Settings:
    • Temporarily disable any firewall or security software on your computer to see if it is blocking the printer connection.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
