Hi, I have a Deskjet 2540. Can I connect my HP laptop via USB and an Apple ipad wirelessly simultaneously?

i have hp printer 2700e my issue is that i cant print wireless from my  laptops i have installed hp smart  but noting i have updated my laptop with windows 10  for noting
