I can't open the EWS portal on my laptop, I have connected to the same network as my printer is. Even I Can't reset the network information as well. Is any way to reset the printer to default settings or any way to open the EWS portal while connecting USB connection.

To restore network settings to default settings

Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button (X) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

 

 

The User Guide provides how to connect - and what to try when the wireless connection on your printer is not working as expected.

The Embedded Web Server (EWS) does not work until the printer is on the network.

EWS requires the network connection.
