Had to get a new router, the password for the wifi has dashes and I do not see the dash (-) as an option so I am unable to sign in with the wifi password. Is there a fix for this?

Hi @Doerlewine

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Not to worry, I'll do my best to reconnect the printer to your wireless network.

Please share your printer model or product number for further assistance.

May I know if you are using the printer with a computer or a phone?

If using with a computer which operating system is installed on your computer? If using a phone, is it an iPhone or Android?

Do let me know the requested information so that I can assist you further.

Awaiting your response,

Thanks!

Vinod - HP Global Social Media Support.
