Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have my printer wired to my network and I can print to it.  In the past I would scan to email without issue.  Today when I try to scan to email I am getting an error about the SMTP settings.  They are correct and have not changed.  I also noticed the printer can not check for firmware updates.  So it appears it can not connect to the internet.  I've restarted my router  / modem and the printer 2x same issue.

Any suggestions why it can not reach out to the internet?

Hi,

Please click the Network icon on the printer, then the Wired or Wireless option in the middle.

What exact IP Address is listed?

Can this IP Address accessed from a web browser on any device connected to the same network?
