HP Recommended

i changed the WiFi connection and it's also connected 2.4 ghz

However still printer is unable to add with WiFi connection 

Pls assist

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please try let me know the product name and the model number along with the network setup of the HP device so that I can assist you further?

However, in the meantime please follow the steps provided in the link below to restore the network depending on the control panel (touch screen or not) of the printer.
