Hi. I am unable to use my printer at all as it does not connect to HP Smart App either on my Phone or my Laptop. It has become completely useless. I read somewhere that the printer might work if you are able to successfully conduct a Factory Reset. But unfortunately there is no sureshot way of telling whether the Printer has been reset or not. Honestly, this is the most frustrating I have been in a long time. Not only is the printer absolute **bleep**, there is no proper support available anywhere in my country. 

 

Can anyone on this forum help? 

I have a WiFi 6 connection. Will this **bleep**bag of a printer connect to WiFi 6?

Thanks. I was able to finally reset my printer and it is now working with the app on my phone. Some progress!
