I have recently changed server from Sky to Vodafone. My printer recognises Vodafone but won’t accept my password and connect.

also HP support won’t accept my printer serial number when requesting assistance,, is this because my printer is now deemed obsolete?

Sorry for the delay in replying to you. A friend solved the problem by going to the Vodafone web site and seeking assistance by selecting problems associated with older printers. Thanks again for your assistance.
