I have a new Arris G34 combo router and modem. I set up a 2.4 ghz and a 5 ghz network. I have successfully connected all of my devices, e.g., laptops, tablet, phone, etc. but I cannot connect my HP 2028 printer. Neither network is listed in the wizard and when I enter it manually the printer tells me it is unable to find the network. I am using the WPA password. There are numerous posts in the Arris Surfboard community but none have a solution. Does anyone here have any idea what the issue is and how to fix?

Hi,

How far is the printer located from your router? try placing it closer to the router and check for any difference.

Additionally, Print a Network Configuration Page and review its results:

Does it able to detect other networks or not?

What is the result for the 'Number of 802.11 networks discovered' value, as listed within the last page of the printed report? does it detect other networks or not?
