My printer is printing fine, but the hp smart web page account page is stating that it is not connected to the internet although printing via wireless is fine and my PC  and laptops have no issue printing.  There is no data for billing cycles since October. I have reset the network settings but still showing  as 'Unable to connect to printer'. Hope you can help

  • Verify Internet Connection: Ensure that your printer is connected to the internet. You can do this by printing a network configuration page from the printer's control panel. Make sure that the printer is connected to the same network as your computer and other devices.
  • Restart Printer and Router: Sometimes, simply restarting the printer and the router can resolve connectivity issues. Turn off both the printer and the router, wait for a few minutes, and then turn them back on. Allow them to fully reboot before testing the connection again.
  • Update Printer Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve connectivity issues and improve performance. You can usually update the firmware from the printer's control panel or through the HP Smart app.
