Product: HP Envy 4525
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

My internet had a service outage, and my printer was working fine before that.  Afterwards, it said it wasn't connected to the wireless router.  When I went to the Wireless Setup Wizard, it couldn't find my wireless network.  I entered it manually but it gave me an error message even though all my other devices can find the network.

  1. Are you trying to connect your printer to your home network or public network?
  2. What is the error your receiving?
