Unable to contact anyone

We purchased an additional two year warranty today.  I have the confirmation from the purchase but we are not able to have it added to our printer.  We have tried and tried to reach someone via the phone to no avail.   We are able to print from our phones but not from our laptops.

Any help would be appreciated
