Unable to get code for HP ink

I am unable to set up webservices.  I accept the terms and conditions and automatic updates but it is unable to check for firmware update.  So I cannot get a code to register for HP Inks.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?  
  • I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  • Are you trying to connect your printer to your home network, public network or without a router?
  • What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
