Hi, I have tried to install the printer via wired and WIFI its installed but showing driver unknown. i am able to scan but print not working. While installing via USB its working fine. Could you please suggest. Please find the attached screen shot. Unable to install via TCP/IP.

Hi,

Please right-click the Start button and select Settings.

Scroll down the the Windows Specification section, what is the exact number listed as the Version?
