Unable to print from Mail or Word

Trying to get HP Laser Jet M209dw to print from Mail and Word on MacOS Big Sur 11.7.10 which will not occur but can print from Firefox.

I'd be happy to help you! 

If you are using the Chrome browser:

Chrome Browser:

Open web page to be printed

 Settings > Print > Under Destination > Change > Select your Printer as the Default

Firefox:

Open web page to be printed 

File > Print > From the dropdown menu, next to "Name", select your printer (not the "fax")
