Product: HP Deskjet 6988 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Deskjet 6988 printer that connects to my wireless network but my devices can’t connect to it to print.


Until recently I was able to use the HP Smart app to connect and print. I could also add it to my computer as a wireless networked printer.

 

The printer says it’s on WiFi, my router says it is connected; I just can’t print using WiFi. I am only able to print by connecting the printer to my computer with a usb cable.

 

Is it possible to get the printer working over WiFi again or is that part of it dead?
