Hello, my HP5530 no longer “prints to email” when I try and scan a document to send to email. Any help appreciated. Thanks

I understand that you are unable to print or scan correct? Could you elaborate more? 

Are you getting any errors?

Have you done any changes to your printer or software?

 

What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?
