Unable to print web based documents

HP Officejet Pro 9730e, as of yesterday for some reason I can longer print web based documents.

The printer has status unknown or offline, yet if I search for available printers my printer comes up as being online.

Im at a loss as to what's happening, I can print other documents

Also have followed all instructions of turning everything off and back on but still have the same problems.  My internet connection is fine as all other programs are working fine.

The printer lights up when I send the document, but does not print and nothing shows in the printing list

I ran into something similar a while back where only web based pages failed to print, even though the printer looked online. What helped me was testing with a very lightweight page that loads without scripts or heavy assets. I usually use this site for that because it’s a simple static style page that lets you see right away whether the browser can render and pass the print job correctly. If a lightweight page prints but others don’t, it usually means the browser’s print handler or the page’s scripts are blocking the job, not the printer. Switching browsers or clearing the print spool in the browser fixed it for me.
