Product: HP Envy 5530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HPSmart (Cloud Service at https://www.hpsmart.com/) shows beside my current Printer "HP DeskJet 2821e" an old printer "HP Envy 5530" which does not exist any more.

There is no "Remove" button available to delete this old printer entry.

This is a bug within the HPSmart application.

How to get someone at HP Support to delete this old entry so it stops showing up on my mobile phone App and Windows 10 App?

DId you work out how to do this? I have the same problem with an old HP Envy 5540 still listed in my HP Smart account with no way to remove it.
