Unable to reset Wi-Fi setup mode even when the Wi-Fi light is blinking blue

Please help me I have spent over 4 hours trying to print to the printer my phone can not find. I cant keep turning the printer off turning my phone off on the off chance this will fix the problem cant tell you how angry I am going around in circles just trying to get this printer online to allow my wife to work from home tomorrow as she will need to print documents. No amount of Youtube videos either HP or others that have fallen prey to buying this printer can help me.

• +Note: checking on printer specifications shows that Smart Tank 5105 printer only connects to a 2.4 Ghz network.
• maybe you need to contact your Internet provider to change configuration on your router/modem and setup a Wireless connection with both 2.4 and 5G networks.
