Unable to select printer properties/preferences

I am having issue while selecting printer properties/ preferences via wireless connection.

I have tried installing via windows driver, also tried installing through device manager, also did usb setup and than installed wirelessly but this message keeps cropping out everytime i want access printer properties/preferences

Hi,

Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.

I tried the steps suggested by you, but it couldn't resolve the issue. 

Further more there was no printer queue added as suggested by you.

I reinstalled printer through hp smart after completely removing it from system, but the error keeps cropping up.

is anyone listening to me? looks like windows 10 printer driver issue.

i tried installing printer on windows 7 and there isn't any error as yet.
