I have HP2622 deskjet printer. Here is the issue I am facing. 

1. Printer does not recognize SSID.  I cannot use it in wifi mode.  

WIRELESS NETWORK TEST RESULT HAS THE FOLLOWING:

ATTENTION: Your HP printer unable to connect to your wireless router.

SOLUTION: CHECK that your HP network name(SSID) matchers your wireless network

 

CURRENT CONFIGURATION :

  Network Name : Not set.

Hi,

Please follow below steps to reconnect the printer by following the HP Smart app:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1780623-1698506-16

 

To reset the printer settings to Setup mode for your printer, Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons until the Wireless and Power lights blink and then restart the printer



Click the Yes button to reply that the response was helpful or to say thanks.
