Unexpected Change in Printer email

So I went to the printer's Embedded Web Server → Web services → Remove web services. It says that HP Instant Ink might not work correctly. As I am a Instant Ink subscriber, will it be safe to remove and then re-enable the web services? Or I'm going to have problems with the ink cartridges?
