Product: HP DeskJet 2723 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm trying connect connect to my printer through HP smart app, when I click on Add printer, I can see my printer but further it gets struck and shows an error message "unexpected error occurred, restart the printer and app". I tried several times but could not get through. I tried through HP smart mobile and laptop too.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. I have already tried this video but it doesn't work for me. It gets stuck at 1:26 m: secs of the video. that's where I get this error: Unexpected error occurred during wifi setup
