Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

I bought a printer used. I went to go connect it to my phone Wi-Fi to print some stuff, and it says that I need to enter in a password. Nothing on the printer is working as the password. And I think the previous owner put on their own password. I've never owned a printer before, so I have no idea what I'm doing. Is there any way to I can get rid of the password on the printer so that way I can access and to use it I don't have a computer

You should be able to reset the Wi-Fi password or pin.  I recommend you ask Google's AI how to do it else post the exact model here and I may be able to help.  Be careful of what the AI reports because some printer resets will ask that you put in the original setup cartridges which you probably do not have.
