Hi @MC4321,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
As you've forgotten the admin password for your HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 after changing your internet provider, you'll need to reset the printer settings to regain access. Here’s how:
Try Default Passwords
- If you never changed the admin password, try using:
- admin
- 123456
- 000000
- Your WiFi password
- If these don't work, proceed to a semi-full reset.
Restore Printer Network Settings
Since you changed your internet provider, the printer is likely still trying to connect to the old network. You need to reset its network settings.
Method 1: From the Printer Panel
- On the printer’s control panel, tap the Wi-Fi or Setup (gear icon).
- Navigate to:
- Network Setup > Restore Network Settings
- Confirm reset and wait for the printer to restart.
- Reconnect the printer to your new Wi-Fi network.
Perform a Semi-Full Reset (Resets Password)
If the password is still required, you’ll need to perform a semi-full reset. This erases all settings, including the admin password.
Method 2: Using the Printer Panel
- Turn off the printer.
- Press and hold the back arrow (↩️) button on the touch panel.
- While holding it, turn on the printer.
- Keep holding the button until the reset menu appears.
- Select "Semi-Full Reset" and confirm.
The printer will restart, and the admin password will be removed.
Reconnect Printer to New Wi-Fi
- On the printer's panel, go to Wireless Settings > Wi-Fi Setup Wizard.
- Select your new Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
Once connected, you should be able to access the printer without needing an admin password.
