Hello,

 

We are having issues with the Embedded Web Server on our HP Pagewide xL5200. When we go to the IP address, we get a pop up that says "We are very sorry. This web browser is not supported". We have tried all types of browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, even IE mode in Edge) but all get the same error. I have run a Network Connectivity Factory Reset and then reinputted the network information thinking that might do it however we still get the same issue. We use a static IP for the plotter and do not use any Proxy server. Any help is greatly appreciated as we use these embedded web servers on all of our PageWides to make configuration changes when necessary. Thanks
