Used Printer Wired/Wireless Internet Setup Issues

My uncle recently got diagnosed with alzheimer's, and unfortunately had to sell his insurance business. He had an old printer he used to use at work that he no longer needed, so he gave it to me. However, it appears he had set some security settings on the device preventing any internet connections. 
He no longer remembers the username or password, and doesn't know how to resolve the issue himself as the computer he used to use at his business was sold. 

Can you please advise? I've tried factory resetting the printer itself, and factory resetting the internet settings, but cannot for the life of me get the printer to share with me its IP address so I can further diagnose.

I'm hoping to be able to reuse this printer as there is nothing wrong with it besides the old internet setting restrictions. 

Please help!!!
