My printer says it has a connection problem even though the Wi-Fi is active, including according to the printer’s menu. I have already reset it to the factory settings, turned it off and back on, deleted it from my PC, and set it up again.

The printer successfully connects to the Wi-Fi network, but it still says that it must be connected before it can print.

I’ve had the printer for about two months, and it has worked without any issues until now.

What else can I do?
