We have one HP P3015 printer on our network. After I reinstalled the OS on my computer. I am not able view the supply status with any browser using the ip address. In addition. I can't find any computer in our organazation that can anymore. Prior to my reinstalling my OS (Windows 11) I was able to view the printer using Firefox.

Hi @DLM328,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query.
You’re unable to access the HP P3015 printer’s Embedded Web Server (EWS) supply status page because the printer’s web interface is likely disabled, blocked, or misconfigured on the network. This is not caused by your OS reinstall alone—since no other computers can access it either, the issue is with the printer or network settings.
Firmware & Driver Updates
- Outdated firmware can cause EWS failures.
- Download the latest HP P3015 firmware from HP’s support site and update via USB or network .
- Update drivers on your PC to the latest HP Universal Print Driver. https://support.hp.com/au-en/products
Reset Printer Network Settings
- On the printer control panel: Administration → Reset → Reset Network Settings.
- Reconfigure IP manually or via DHCP, then retry accessing the EWS.
Embedded Web Server (EWS) Availability
- The HP P3015 has an Embedded Web Server (EWS) that shows supply status and configuration.
- If the page doesn’t load:
- The EWS may be disabled in printer settings.
- Access the printer’s control panel → Administration → Security → EWS Settings and ensure it’s enabled.
Hope this helps, Please revert if the issue persists.
Take care and have an amazing day!
