Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

Hello!

 

I'm trying to help my bonus grandma set up her new printer.  Her new printer works just fine with her MacBook, but I can't seem to get it to install/be recognized on her old Vista laptop.  She don't need to manage the ink tanks, the printheads, or anything like that from the Vista machine, so a real basic driver will work.  I've tried all the software that the website offered, and I can't get anything to work.  Is there something else that I should be trying?

Unfortunately as Vista is not a supported OS, it will be difficult to get it to work.
