Product: HP ENVY 5014

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. HAVE HAD PRINTER FOR 13 months and has completely crashed. Used community to follow my error code. None of the trouble shooting helps. Since my warranty expired last month; no help can be provided. Don’t waste your time or money on this series.
