Hi @fj7

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

You can find the IP address for your HP DeskJet 2734e printer using one of these methods:

1. Using the HP Smart App

  • Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  • Click on your printer’s image.
  • Select Network Information to view the IP address.

2. Using the Printer Control Panel

  • If your printer has a touchscreen, go to Wireless Summary or Network Settings.
  • The IP address should be displayed there.

3. Printing an Information Page

  • Press the Information button on the printer.
  • This will print a report that includes the IP address.

4. Checking Your Router’s Connected Devices

  • Log into your router’s admin page.
  • Look for a list of connected devices.
  • Find your printer’s name and note the IP address.

Let me know if you need further assistance!

If your HP DeskJet 2734e isn’t connecting to the internet, here are some steps to troubleshoot:

1. Restart Everything

  • Turn off your printer, router, and computer.
  • Wait 60 seconds, then turn them back on.
  • Try reconnecting the printer to Wi-Fi.

2. Reset the Printer’s Network Settings

  • Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons for 5 seconds.
  • The printer will reset its network settings.
  • Try reconnecting it to Wi-Fi.

3. Use the HP Smart App

  • Download the HP Smart app from HP’s official setup page.
  • Open the app and select Set up a new printer.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your network.

Try these steps and let me know if the issue persists!
