Had it all going fine this morning, but had to change my router to broadcast 2.4gz and 5 , this is because I have an older laser printer that requires a lower speed for it to function and that is going great . NOW, the HP doesnt seem to want to know either the 2.4 or the 5 broadcast names despite it all working fine on PC and laptop this morning . I have reset the deskjet tried searching for it after asking it to broadcast a signal but nothing, this is on both networks . Tried installing  via USB and again nothing, doesnt recognise anything .. I dont mind deleting any drivers and starting again but feel that having done this with no success, is tiring, but I now give anything a try from scratch ... I need to get back to where I was this morning to enable me to print from laptop running windows 10 and Ipad running OS 16.5. Any help appreciated now very tired , regards
