Hello, my printer won't find the wifi. I have changed my wifi company and every other device will connect but my printer won't. I have restarted the printer and modem.

Hello, 

 

Those steps did not work. My network name is not populating on my printer. Surrounding networks do but not my home network.

I suggest you reinstall the driver and connect the printer to check if that fixes the issue.

 

You can follow the steps under this link to uninstall.

 

Furthermore, you can reinstall using HP Smart App from this link.

Hello, I have uninstalled my drivers for the printer. I re-installed the HP SMART app however it is getting stuck in blue screen and won't move past it.
