Product: HP LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The WIFI will not turn on. I select the WIFI setup and select to turn it on and the touch pad refreshes as if it has saved but it doesn't turn on.

Disconnect USB and Ethernet cable first (if connected)

wifi cannot be setup if they are connected.

 

Select the wireless wizard and make the connection.

I show 20140616 firmware datecode for my CM1415fmw what firmware do you have?

 

Try unplug for 30 seconds and plug back in
