I am losing my mind. I was printing yesterday! I had to change my network password, and now it is IMPOSSIBLE to get the printer reconnected. I have run through setup so many times, reset, unplugged, everything but toss the printer in the garbage. It just should not be this hard. Every time I run through the setup, thinking this time it will work, I get an "unknown error." Please help.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's reset the Printer's network settings: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
Once done try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi.
Let me know if this helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!
Have a great day!

Hi @Min5
Please refer to this resource on connecting the printer to the network after the wireless reset:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VD1YaFTaSHs
if that fails, try this alternative method that requires a USB cable (doesn't come inbox with the printer though):

We would suggest that once the printer is connected to update the firmware:

Hope that helps!
