Hi @Macimay,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Connect to the Printer: Make sure your printer is connected to the network. For wired connections, ensure the Ethernet cable is properly connected. For wireless connections, your printer should be within range of the Wi-Fi network.

Access the Printer's Web Interface:

  • Find the printer’s IP address by printing a network configuration report from the printer's control panel.
  • Open a web browser on a computer connected to the same network.
  • Enter the printer’s IP address into the browser’s address bar and press Enter.

Log in to the Printer Web Interface:

  • If prompted, log in using the default credentials or the current user ID and password. The default credentials can typically be found in the printer's manual or on the HP support website.

Change Network Settings:

  • Navigate to the network settings section.
  • Update the SSID and password to reflect the details of your new internet service provider.

Configure New User ID and Password:

  • Look for the section related to security or user settings.
  • Change the user ID and password if you're prompted to do so or if this feature is available.

Save Changes: After making the necessary changes, make sure to save them to apply the new settings.

I hope this helps.
