Web-Connected Printer
11-10-2020 07:52 AM

OFFICEJETPRO 8600 PLUS All-In-One I received HP e-mail about Web-Connected Printing. I tried to enter the Printer's Claim Code on the HP Website and I received the message that the Claim Code is Invalid. What's up with that? Where do I go from here?

Hi @TPElias,
I'd like to help!
Let's disable webservices and re-enable it
--->Touch on the wifi icon ((i)) on the printer, and take down the IP address
--->Open a web browser (ex Chrome or Mozilla) and type in the printer's IP
---> click on webservices and remove webservices and re-enable it
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
