Hi @KarlYockey,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

To set up the email address for your HP OfficeJet 9123e printer, a Web Services Info page with a claim code is required. If the page is not printing, try these steps:

  1. Enable Web Services:
    • Ensure Web Services are enabled on your printer. Go to the printer control panel and press the HP ePrint icon or navigate to Web Services Setup, Network Setup, or Wireless Settings. Follow the prompts to enable Web Services.

  2. Print a Network Configuration Page:
    • For printers without a touchscreen, print a network configuration page to obtain the printer's IP address. This can usually be done by pressing the "information" or "i" button on the printer.

  3. Access Embedded Web Server (EWS):
    • Use the IP address from the network configuration page and enter it in a web browser to access the printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS).
    • In the EWS, navigate to the Web Services tab, enable Web Services, and opt to print the info page that usually contains the claim code.

  4. Reset Web Services:
    • If the Web Services Info page still does not appear, you might need to reset the Web Services. This can be done through the EWS by selecting Web Services Settings > Remove Web Services. After removal, enable Web Services again, and the information page should print with the new claim code.

  5. Additional Troubleshooting:
    • Make sure your printer has a stable internet connection.
    • Restart your printer and try the process again.
    • Ensure your printer firmware is updated to the latest version.
