Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am using the Instant Ink feature that HP offers.   Suddenly, my printer cannot connect to the Web Services server.  A screen comes up asking me to connect, and then it says it can't and asks for proxy server info.   I printed the report, and it says "Your network requires a proxy server address when connecting to the Internet".   Well, it doesn't.  To double check, I checked the info on how my computer connects, and both the 'automatic' and 'manual' proxies are 'off'.

 

I can't find anything in my router Admin screen that specifically says 'proxy', so I don't know what I'm looking for.   But I don't think I have recently changed anything in my router setup.
