Product: Deskjet 2733
Operating System: iOS

I am trying to get signed up for the free ink and I need to connect to web services and I keep getting an error that the Web services server might be busy or unavailable.  I've tried it through the app on my iPad and online on my MAC and Chromebook. I've tried multiple times a day and multiple days and can't get it to connect. What can I do?

 

Yes I'm sure it's connected to the internet.

The Instant Ink free plan will not be valid from December. You will have to select a paid plan.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Cannot Connect to Web Services
