HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-all-in-one

Hi, I'm in the UK and I have been using my printer to scan documents and then send them to my email address without any problem.  Today, however, there is a message that says, 'Printer could not connect to web services.'  Interestingly, I can send print jobs to my printer from my laptop which works fine.

I have tried switching off my printer and router and restarting, but that hasn't solved the issue.  Can anyone help?

Thanks

@Warren20, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Have you tried scanning from the computer using the HP Smart app and check if that works?

Refer to - How to scan with an HP printer

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

Restart web services

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.

If the issue persists, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
