Have did factory reset redid Wi-Fi set up but get error when using hp smart app that hp+ cannot connect to cloud services. Have installed latest drivers still same issue. Printer is connected to home Wi-Fi blue light on and stable. Anyone else having this and reach resolution?

Banhien: thank you so much for this information. I greatly appreciate it. This worked and my:
1. Printer connection to HP Smart is connected.
2. Web Services Status is enabled.
3. Internet Connection is connected.
