HP OfficeJet 6950 All-in-One Printer

Hello,
First of all, I've tried to open case and called to helpdesk but was treated with 3x disconnect when HP agents where unable to even try tounderstand the issue. Great service...

Now to the point.
My HP6950 got firmware update today and after that it's emebeded web services got broken.
When Trying to access them none of them work - content is returned but on every page/option I'm getting error "System Error

Network connection error. Check network and try again."

This is error rendeded by WS, not by browser or OS.
After futher down, i found out that requests to WS are being rejected with 403 errors:

Now I tried http and https version and both are same.
Did printer restart, OS restart, printer factory settings reset - all same.

What I did found is that accessing it via bare IP does mitigate this problem but this is not fesable for whole office.
Can I ask someone in HP to have a look into this one? And possibly to assist to roll back firmware ? (tried to use official firmware tool but with no luck)

After bit more testing, this seems to be not related to DNS vs IP but FQDN matching.
Using short name (with out domain name) does work as expected, while using FQDN will fail on 403.

This looks like bug in firmware security cointxt and checking domain part from FQDN.
